can only accept written orders.
- After receiving
your order, we will check the stock availability. netwine.co.jp can
not accept any cancellations or changes of orders. (Out of stock items
will be omitted from your order and you will be informed accordingly.)
- Netwine will
try to delivery within 24 hours after receipt of your order. Netwine
will however not accept any claims for delayed delivery for whatsoever
reason.
- Our office hours
are Monday - Friday 09:00-18:00. The office is closed on Saturday,
Sunday and Japanese public Holidays.
Payment
- For all wine
orders we must collect payment in advance.
- We only accept
payment by VISA/Master or JCB/AMEX credit card.
- Corporate and
large order volumes can be accepted on bank transfer base. Please
contact netwine.co.jp for more details.
Delivery
Delivery to your
doorstep usually takes 24 hours within Japan. Due to transportation
reasons, the delivery may be delayed, especially during busy periods
(summer & winter gift seasons). We will do our best to settle
problems. We cannot, however, accept any claims or cancellations of
the orders due to late delivery.
Japanese domestic
long distance delivery may take more time.
Wrong delivered
items will be replaced at no charge to the customer.
Liability
- Our sources are
reliable merchants with a long history. However, Netwine & its
suppliers are not liable for the contents of the products. We will
not accept any claims in any form.
All products
will be insured for breakage or loss during transport. The products
will be checked by our specialists prior of shipping to you.
- We have a liability
insurance and will relay any claims related to the products to the
producers. Netwine will not be held responsible and does not accept
any claims for damage or compensation. Such claims will have to be
dealt with the insurance company only.
