After receiving
your order, we will check the overseas stock availability. netwine.co.jp
can not accept any cancellations or changes of order. (Out of stock
items will be omitted from your order and you will be informed accordingly.)
- Delivery may
take from 3 to 4 weeks.
Payment
- For all vintage
wine orders we must collect payment in advance.
- We only accept
payment by VISA or JCB credit card.
Delivery
Delivery to your doorstep usually takes 3 - 4 weeks. Due to transportation reasons, the delivery may be delayed, especially during busy periods (summer & winter gift seasons). We will do our best to settle problems. We cannot, however, accept any claims or cancellations of the orders due to late delivery.
Liability
- Our sources are
reliable merchants with a long history. However, Netwine or group
related companies and their suppliers are not liable for the contents
of the products. We will not accept any claims in any form.
- All products
will be insured for breakage or loss during transport. The products
will be checked by our specialists prior of shipping to you.
- Old vintage wines
are not new products and are rare items. Sometimes the labels are
damaged, however we assure the contents to be authentic.

Shipping charges & packing

After receipt of your order, we will inform you about
the shipping and delivery conditions.

We will not charge your credit card prior to your
delivery confirmation.

|
Some countries are very strict about import of Wine.
All our quotes will not include eventual clearance and delivery
charges in your country. If necessary you will have to arrange this
at your end.

|
Non delivery caused by import restrictions is your
own responsibility and we will not be able to reimburse you.

Insurance
Insurance of ¥500
as a minimum charge or 0.5% of the total price will be added to the
invoice.
Packing
Packing is made
in cardboard boxes; however, polyethylene packing will be available
for a surcharge of Yen 500/btl.
