Soil: Schits. Altitude 200-300m south facing, from specially selected plots under close scrutiny ; manual harvesting. Traditional maceration for Grenache (for 6 days) and for the 70% of Syrah (for 20 days); carbonic maceration for the Carignan and 30% of Syrah (15 days). Maturated in oak vats for 12 months.
